Order Cancellation

Customers can request order cancellation before the order is shipped or handed over to the delivery service.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, the request may be handled according to our return or refund policy.

• The product is unavailable after placing the order.

When Cancellation May Not Be Possible

• The order has already been delivered.
• The product was specially arranged or customized for you.
• The cancellation request was made too late.
• The delivery process has already started.

How to Request Cancellation

Refund After Cancellation

If you already made payment and your cancellation request is approved, refund will be processed according to our refund policy.

Refund time may depend on payment method, bank, mobile banking service, and verification.
